Mahendra is a highly experienced physiotherapist, registered provider for WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and a member of AHPRA and the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including spinal rehabilitation, joint mobilizations, soft tissue injury management, sports injury rehab, chronic pain management, tendon rehabilitation, and neural mobilization. Mahendra uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise, dry needling, cupping, and ergonomic training to help patients recover and prevent injuries. He is dedicated to helping patients return to their normal lives quickly, particularly in work-related and accident recovery. Outside of work, Mahendra enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Sonali is an AHPRA-registered Senior Physiotherapist with a diverse background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from India and a Master’s from New Zealand, specializing in musculoskeletal care. With experience working  in private practice, aged care, community physiotherapy, and NDIS space, she tailors treatment plans to meet individual needs across all age groups.

Sonali specializes in women’s health, focusing on pre and postnatal care, pelvic health, and menopause management. She also has expertise in treating young patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Sonali is particularly  passionate about hydrotherapy, clinical pilates, and dry needling, Sonali takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to help her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
